I am happily married to my beautiful and wonderful wife Portia. We have three beautiful and wonderful children (Kennedy, Camilla & Jasmine).

I'm an advocate of good health and fitness. For the past 5 years i've been a vegetarian and no longer drink sodas or any types of alcoholic beverages. As a result, my energy levels have greatly increased. Now my primary focus is on becoming a vegan.

Also, meditation has taught me to cultivate/balance my spirit and elevate my state of consciousness. What can I say? Life is what you make of it. It's not the beginning nor the end of the journey; it's what you do in between. I thank all my spiritual masters for that lesson and I thank the ancestors (NTR) for the precious gift of their blood, sweat and tears who fought for freedom, justice and equality (Ma'at).
